 Hyperactive children are children who have attention problems with hyperactivity (GPPH) or attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This condition is also referred to as hyperkinetic disorder. In the past this condition is often called minimal brain dysfunction syndrome. Hyperkinetic disorder is a disorder in children that arises during early development (before age 7 years) with the main characteristic is not able to focus, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.   3.  Types combined. They are very easily distracted, hyperactive and impulsive. Most kids like the children are of this type.
